Cauliflower Puree

 


  • Half kg cauliflower
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 tea glass of cream
  • 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Separate the cauliflower into florets and wash them. Boil 2 cups of water and milk in a pot.

When it boils, add the cauliflower and the potatoes you cut into cubes. Cook over low heat until the vegetables soften and absorb their water.

Process the vegetables in a food processor. Add butter and cream on top.

After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add salt, grated cheddar cheese and black pepper and remove from the stove. Serve.
