Avocado & Spinach Sauce


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 750 g spinach
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Dill


You can prepare these sauces at home and serve them with crackers, breadsticks or chips. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seeds, scoop out the inside with a spoon and place in a food processor.

Add spinach, garlic, lemon juice and spices and mix well. Place on a serving plate, garnish with dill and serve with breadsticks.
