Spinach And Cheese Balls

  • 500 g spinach
  • ¾ water curd cheese
  • 1 cup grated aged cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

for frying

  • sunflower oil

Wash and drain the spinach thoroughly, then chop it. Mix the cheeses, grated garlic, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt and pepper. Add spinach and knead. Take pieces from the mixture and roll them into balls. Dip it first in scrambled eggs, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
