Pepper Salad

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 glass of water
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • Half a glass of walnuts
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Red pepper
  • Salt
  • 400 g of green pepper

Chop the peppers coarsely. Peel and slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the garlic lightly. Add the peppers and sauté for another 5-10 minutes.

Add red pepper, sugar, salt and water to the sauteed peppers and cook on medium heat. When the peppers have softened and their water has evaporated, take them off the heat. Add the vinegar and let it cool. When cool, mix with yogurt and serve.
