Pepper Salad


  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 7~8 sprigs of parsley
  • Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts


Mix finely chopped red pepper, minced garlic and parsley in a bowl. Add cumin, pomegranate syrup and crushed walnuts, mix and serve.
