Mixed Legume Salad
- 1 cup of boiled haricot beans
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 cup of boiled green lentils
- 1 cup of boiled wheat
- 1 teaspoon of corn
- 3 spring onions
- 1 roasted pepper
- 1/5 bunch of finely chopped parsley
- 1/5 bunch of finely chopped dill
for the sauce
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1~2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup or lemon juice
- Half a teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Chop the roasted pepper into cubes. Chop the onions. Mix the other ingredients well. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the salad. Submit it for service.
