Creamy Spinach Soup


  • 500 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 6 spring onions
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 5 glasses of water


Wash and chop the spinach. Fry the diced onions in sunflower oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.Add the diced potatoes and spring onions. Add the hot water on it and after it boils for a moment, add the spinach leaves. Cook for 5 minutes. Divide the soups into bowls, add a spoonful of cream and serve.
