Bulgur Lentil Soup
- 1 cup of red lentils
- Half a glass of fine bulgur
- 6 cups of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Half a glass of olive oil
- dried hibiscus grass
- 2 onions
- Salt
Wash and drain the lentils and bulgur with plenty of water. Take it in the same pot and add tomato paste and hot water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Finely chop the onions and add to the pot. Add salt. Heat the olive oil and cook the hibiscus for a few seconds. Add it to the cooked soup and serve hot.
