Blueberry & Kiwi Salad


  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 250 g baby spinach
  • 2 kiwis
  • Half a glass of pistachios
  • 100 g White Cheese
  • ¼ cup raspberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar


Wash and dry the spinach. Peel the kiwifruit and cut it into small pieces. Lightly fry the pistachios in a pan with a little olive oil. Mix all the ingredients in a salad plate. Sprinkle the white cheese pieces on top. Prepare a dressing with raspberry sauce, honey, vinegar and olive oil, drizzle over the salad and serve.
