Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

 

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • hollandaise sauce


Boil water in a 15 cm deep pot. Place the asparagus bunch upright in the pot with the stems submerged in the water. Boil for 15-20 minutes. When the asparagus is cooked, carefully remove the bundle from the pot and cut the string. Arrange the asparagus on a plate, drizzle the hollandaise sauce on it and serve hot.
