Salad in Tomato Bowl
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- 2-3 branches of sorrel
- 1 roasted red pepper
- Salt
for the sauce
- 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of finely ground walnuts
For the top
- cracked walnuts
Cut the tomatoes into quarters before they reach the very bottom and open them like flowers.
Mix the finely chopped greens and the roasted red pepper, which you cut in the form of backgammon membrane, in a bowl. Season with salt and place in the tomatoes.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and pour over the salad. Serve garnished with walnuts.
