Spinach with Beetroot




  • 1 kg of spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Half a cup of olive oil
  • Salt


Fry the onion, garlic and beet you cut into cubes in olive oil. Add enough hot water to cover it and close the lid of the pot. Cook for 20 minutes.

After washing and draining the spinach, chop it coarsely and add it to the pot. After mixing a few times, add the salt and ginger. Close the lid of the pot, cook for 10 minutes and remove from the stove.
