Oven Herbed Mushroom Casserole
- 200 g mushrooms
- 8-10 sprigs of dill
- 8-10 sprigs of parsley
- Mint
- Oregano
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Black pepper
Finely chop the mushrooms. Divide into two medium-sized casseroles. Add salt, pepper and butter to them.
Chop the parsley and dill. Mix in the grated cheddar cheese. Spread the cheese and herb paste over the mushrooms.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown. Serve after removing from the oven.
