Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce



  • 300 g instant pasta
  • 400 g chestnut mushrooms (finely cut)
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Parsley, salt, pepper
  • for service
  • Chopped parsley and thinly sliced avocado slices



Take the pasta water to the stove, ready pasta is boiled in 8 minutes on average. During this time, prepare the sauce; for this, heat the saucepan, put the mushrooms. Roast on high heat, remove from the stove and discard the salt.
When the pasta is boiled, return the saucepan to the stove, add the cream and cream cheese, transfer the pasta with tongs and mix. Put the parsley last, take it off the stove and serve with avocado slices.
