Vegetarian Rice on a Bed of Pineapple



  • 2 spoons of margarine
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 6 tablespoons of cooked beans
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 225 grams of boiled fragrant rice
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup of coriander
  • 1 handful of peas
  • 1 hollowed out pineapple


Put the margarine in the wok pan and fry the garlic. Add all the ingredients except the coriander in order and mix, add the rice last and cook a little more. Add the coriander, leave it to cool, fill it into the pineapple you have hollowed out and serve.
