Cauliflower Salad with Tahini

 


  • 1 small cauliflower
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar For the sauce
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • Salt to Garnish
  • a few walnuts

Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Boil the cauliflower with lemon juice and granulated sugar. When it is boiled, take it out of the pot and separate it into flowers.

Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Pour half over the cauliflower and mix. Pour the remaining half over the salad when you're about to serve it. Serve garnished with walnuts.
