Parsley Tea




  • 1 glass of water, 
  • 7-8 sprigs of fresh parsley,
  •  juice of 1/2 lemon. 
Boil a glass of water in a small saucepan or teapot. Add the washed and cleaned parsley into the boiling water, along with its branches. After boiling for 3-4 minutes, turn off the stove and drain the parsley juice. You can consume it fresh after adding lemon juice to it. You can easily get rid of bloating with this tea, which has an edema-stimulating effect. It also facilitates digestion.
