Gluten-free avocado meat wrap



  • 200 g ground beef,
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 small red pepper, seeds removed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese,
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme,
  • 1 tablespoon of Avocado oil
  • pepper and salt,
  • 4 eggs,
  • tomatoes,
  • avocado,
  • cucumber

First, take the avocado oil in a pan. Then, fry the minced meat on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Later on; Add the chopped red pepper, cream cheese and spices. Add the onion and mix until the onions are soft and turn off the heat.
In a different pan, prepare the eggs the way you like.
Then, take the minced meat that you prepared on the homemade gluten-free thin bread and the egg on it. You can serve it with avocado slices and tomato sauce that you prepared before.
