Crepes With Mango



  • 2 ripe bananas (270 g)
  • 4 slices of mango (180 g)
  • 1 cup of blueberries (150 g)
  • 1 or 1/2 cup oats if the cup is large (240 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • coconut oil to grease the pan
  • 2 glasses of water
  • a pinch of salt


Peel the banana, then place the banana, mango, oats, nut butter, water, and salt in a food processor and blend the mixture for one minute until it's nice and smooth. Next, transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the blueberries. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes before you start cooking so that the oats can absorb some liquid.

While the mixture is resting, heat the nonstick frying pan and grease it with a little coconut oil. Then, with the help of a spoon, pour it into the pan. Cook until it starts to brown, then flip it over.
