Greek Salad With Kale

 



  • 1 bunch of kale,
  • 2 medium cucumbers,
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes,
  • ½ large red onion,
  • ¾ cup of crushed cheese,
  • ½ cup pitted olives,
  • 6 peppers,
  •  Lemon salt for flavoring

Wash and dry the collard greens, cucumbers and tomatoes. Chop cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes and olives and put them in a large bowl. Drizzle the village pepper and feta cheese on it. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with lemon salt for flavor. For additional protein; You can add grilled chicken, chickpeas, steak or salmon.
