Green Vegetable Soup
- Salt (2 Desserts spoons)
- Parsley Bunch (0.5 Bunch)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Cumin (1 Teaspoon)
- Green zucchini (3 pieces)
- Dill (0.5 Bunch)
- Broccoli (2 Large Bowls)
- Olive oil (4 Tablespoons)
- Onion (1 Piece)
- Artichoke (1 Piece)
Let's cut the broccoli, zucchini, onion, artichoke and garlic into small pieces, put them in the pot and boil them with enough water to cover.
After cooking, you can consume it that way if you like grains, if you don't like it, you can add finely chopped parsley, olive oil and cumin into it after blending it with a blender.
