Grilled Oat Sandwich
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeals
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red powdered pepper
- chili pepper
For inside:
- Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- Cherry tomato
Mix oats, yogurt, eggs and spices in a bowl. If your oats are coarse-grained, you can process them.
Then lay the parchment paper on the toaster and spread the mixture on it.
Add the cheddar cheese and tomatoes, fold and cook again.
You can serve it with lots of greens on the side.
