Chia Seed Omelette
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Soak chia seeds in milk for 10 minutes to gel. Add all the ingredients into the scrambled eggs and cook in a low-fat pan.
