Pumpkin with Olive Oil


  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • Salt


Chop the pumpkin into large cubes. Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil. Add the zucchinis and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add salt, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat until it boils.

When it starts to boil, add the rice and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add finely chopped dill and serve warm.
