Core Grissini
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 tea glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 tablespoons of molasses
- 1 glass of sunflower seeds
Sift the flour and put it into the kneading bowl. Add salt, sugar and baking powder and mix. Finally add the olive oil and water. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
Mix molasses and water in a bowl. Place the sunflower seeds on a separate flat plate.
Tear off large walnut-sized pieces from the dough. Roll each piece into a 8-10 cm long cylinder.
First dip the dough in molasses water, then dip it in sunflower seeds. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
