Arugula Salad with Pears


  • 2 pears
  • 200 gr. arugula
  • 100 gr. blue cheese
  • 50 gr. walnut
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • pomegranate syrup
  • Pomegranate


Chop the pears into cubes.

Chop the arugula.

Also chop the blue cheese into cubes.

Chop the walnuts.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour salt, oil and pomegranate syrup on it and mix again.

For garnish, add some pomegranate on top.
