Mixed Salad with Roquefort Cheese & Pear


  • 200 g mixed seasonal greens
  • 3 pears
  • 100 g Roquefort cheese
  • 24 walnuts
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


A good recipe for those who are on a diet. Chop the washed and drained greens into large pieces and place them on a plate. Place peeled and sliced pears and walnuts on the edge of the serving plate.

For the sauce, mix olive oil, pomegranate syrup, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad. After pouring the sauce, add the crumbled Roquefort cheese on top and serve.
