Lentil Bread


  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon black cumin


First, wash the red lentils with plenty of water. Then put it in a pot filled with water and let it sit overnight.

The next day, wash the softened lentils until the foam disappears.

Put the lentils in the rondo. Add yogurt, olive oil and egg and grind it.

Then add dill, baking powder and salt.

Pour the mixture you prepared onto the baking tray. Sprinkle black cumin on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
