French Fries With Pepper


  • 500 g fresh potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 6 sweet green peppers
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 coffee cup hot water
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt


Wash the potatoes with their skins, dry them and slice them like apples. Wash the peppers and dry them with paper towels.

Without cutting the stems, cut them 3-4 centimeters thick and clean the seeds. Wash and chop the parsley.

Peel the onions and chop them into slices. Melt the margarine and brown the onion. Add the potatoes and fry.

Add 1 cup of hot water and green peppers and cook over low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.

Cook on high heat with the lid open for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and sprinkle with parsley. Mix the ingredients and remove from the stove. Serve hot
