Crispy Banana Chia


  • 4 medium-sized, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork and mix well with chia and cinnamon.

Cut off meatball-sized pieces and place them on wax paper, press them with your finger or the back of a fork and flatten them.

Cook for 20-25 minutes.

It can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
