Sun-Dried Tomato Salad


  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 7~8 sprigs of parsley
  • Sumac
  • 1 cup dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts


Prepare the sauce by mixing pomegranate syrup, olive oil and sumac. Slice the dried tomatoes, add to the sauce and marinate. Remove the parsley leaves, chop finely and add to the mixture. Mix them all, sprinkle finely ground walnuts on top and serve.
