Parsley Omelette With Organic Eggs


  • 3 organic egg whites
  • 1 organic egg yolk
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Whisk 3 organic egg whites with 1 organic egg yolk. Add the finely chopped 2 sprigs of parsley, the peeled and diced tomato, the seeds removed and the chopped green pepper. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a pan without oil.
