Grilled Vegetable Bagel
- 4 bagels
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 eggplant
- 4 peppers
- 150 g mushrooms
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese with olive paste (optional)
- sunflower oil
Wash zucchini, eggplant, peppers, mushrooms and carrots thoroughly. Chop into thin slices. Brush them with sunflower oil and fry them on the grill.
