Grilled Vegetable Bagel


  • 4 bagels
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 eggplant
  • 4 peppers
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese with olive paste (optional)
  • sunflower oil

Wash zucchini, eggplant, peppers, mushrooms and carrots thoroughly. Chop into thin slices. Brush them with sunflower oil and fry them on the grill.
