Corn Rice Meatballs


  • 1 cup of rice or pilaf
  • Half a glass of corn
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 egg
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper

to pane

  • Breadcrumbs

for frying

  • sunflower oil


Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover and cook until soft. Let it cool down.
