Corn Hashbrown
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 2 eggs
- 3 scallions
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Dill
for frying
- sunflower oil
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, corn, finely chopped scallions, sunflower oil, salt, red pepper flakes and finely chopped dill and mix.
Heat the sunflower oil well in the pan, take a tablespoon of the corn mixture and drop it into the oil.
Fry until golden brown. Take the fried muffins on a paper towel and drain the excess oil. Serve warm.
