Celery Soup with Milk
- 500 g celery
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1~2 branches of celery leaves
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 5 cups water or chicken stock
Cut all the vegetables into cubes and transfer them to the pot. Add 5 glasses of chicken stock, 1 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin and black pepper and boil it. Take the bay leaves and puree them with a hand blender.
