Mint Arugula Salad


  • 2 bunches of arugula
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • 2~3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • Salt


Clean the arugula and mint leaves and wash them with plenty of water. Strain the water, chop the mint finely and mix it with arugula in a bowl. Clean the seeds of the pepper, cut into cubes and add to the arugula. Add sumac, chopped onion, salt, pomegranate syrup, mix and serve.
