Herbes Bulgur Salad



  • Half a glass of coarse bulgur with rice
  • 4~5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • half a bunch of mint
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • ½ cup roasted almonds

Put the bulgur in the pot and add enough water to cover it. Sprinkle with salt and boil until soft. Strain the water in the strainer. Wash and dry the mint and parsley. Chop the parsley coarsely. Mix the mint, bulgur, parsley, salt and pepper and put it on the serving plate. Sprinkle the almonds. Mix vinegar, olive oil and salt and drizzle over the salad and serve.
