Fresh Kidney Beans Salad
- 600 gr fresh kidney bean
- ½ cup boiled Mexican beans
- 1 cup of boiled corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Half a cup of cashews
- Fresh thyme
Clean the ends of the fresh kidney peas, steam them and sauté them in olive oil for a few minutes. Add fresh thyme, salt, pepper and put in a bowl. Add the Mexican beans, corn, diced onions and cashews and mix. Serve.
