Fresh Kidney Beans Salad


  • 600 gr fresh kidney bean
  • ½ cup boiled Mexican beans
  • 1 cup of boiled corn kernels
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Half a cup of cashews
  • Fresh thyme


Clean the ends of the fresh kidney peas, steam them and sauté them in olive oil for a few minutes. Add fresh thyme, salt, pepper and put in a bowl. Add the Mexican beans, corn, diced onions and cashews and mix. Serve.
