Chard with Walnut

  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cups strained yogurt
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Wash the chard several times in plenty of water and drain. Cut off the stems and chop finely. Chop the onions. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onions. When the onions turn pink, add the chard and cook until soft. Let it cool down. Mix yogurt, finely chopped garlic and coarsely ground walnuts. Add to the chard and mix well. Sprinkle walnuts on top and serve.
