Yummy Appetizer


  • 5 potatoes
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tomato paste red pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • Half a bunch of chopped parsley
  • Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper


Boil the potatoes and peel the skins off. Mash into a puree and add vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and roll them with your hands. Dip it in chopped parsley and make a hole in the middle by pressing it with your finger. Arrange the rounds on a serving plate. Stuff finely chopped green and red pepper into the pits of the potato balls and serve.
