Peas Appetizer


  • 1.5 cups peas
  • ½ cup of sliced green olives
  • 3 pickled gherkins
  • 2~3 sprigs of dill
  • 1 carrot
  • Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt


Add the peas to the hot water and boil for 10 minutes. Chop the pickles, green olives, dill and peas as small as possible. Cut the carrot julienne. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika and salt. Serve.
