Mixed salad


  • 10 leaves of curly lettuce
  • 2 lettuce
  • 10 leaves baby spinach
  • Mediterranean greenery
  • 3 red hazelnut radishes
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt


Soak all the greens in cold, vinegary water for 5 minutes and wash them one by one and drain them. Dry with a vegetable dryer or on a paper towel. Tear the greens with your hands and put them in a large bowl. Thinly slice the red radishes without peeling them and add them to the salad mix. Take olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt and fresh thyme leaves and pour over the salad. Serve.
