Green Apple Celery Salad


  • 1 kg of celery
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt

For the top

  • walnut kernel
  • Red pepper


After peeling the celery and keeping it in water with lemon for 5-10 minutes, drain the water, grate it and put it in a mixing bowl.

Add the grated apple. Lightly whisk the yogurt in a separate bowl. Add the crushed garlic, mayonnaise, salt and olive oil and mix.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the apple celery and mix well. Take the salad on a serving plate.

Serve garnished with walnuts and red pepper flakes.
