Egg Avocado Burger


  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • mill black pepper


Lightly fry the hamburger buns in a non-stick frying pan. Slice the avocado in half moon shape and put it in a bowl. Chop the red onion in piyaz, finely chop the lettuce leaves and add to the avocado. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and ground black pepper and mix. Place on hamburger buns. Cook the eggs in a poached manner in boiling water. Drain the excess water on a paper towel and place on the avocados. Season with ground black pepper, place the other piece of bread on top and serve hot.
