ACUKA


  • 5 tablespoons of sweet pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup finely ground walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled breadcrumbs
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of mint
  • Salt


First, heat the olive oil in a pan. Add tomato and pepper paste and fry it.

Shortly before removing the roasted mixture from the stove, add the crushed garlic and mix.

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and crush them with the help of a spoon and let them rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Fill the rested acuka in jars and store in a cool place.
