Roasted Potatoes


  • 2 onions
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 5~6 boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Cumin


Saute the chopped onion in butter until it turns pink. Add the diced peppers and continue sauteing until the vegetables soften slightly. Add the potatoes that you peel and cut into rounds and season with salt and spices. Cook for another 7-8 minutes and remove from the stove. Serve hot.
