Okra Salad

 


  • 250 g boiled okra
  • 1 cup of boiled black rice
  • 3~4 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 3~4 red cherry tomatoes
  • 4~5 branches of sorrel
for the sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2~3 tablespoons of vermicelli syrup
  • Salt

Take the boiled okra and black rice into a large salad bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and finely chopped greens and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Pour over the salad and serve.
