Okra Salad
- 250 g boiled okra
- 1 cup of boiled black rice
- 3~4 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 3~4 red cherry tomatoes
- 4~5 branches of sorrel
for the sauce
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2~3 tablespoons of vermicelli syrup
- Salt
Take the boiled okra and black rice into a large salad bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and finely chopped greens and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Pour over the salad and serve.
