Green Olive Blarney
- 400 g green olives
- 3~4 sprigs of parsley
- 4~5 sprigs of spring onions
- 1 red capia pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground walnuts
for the sauce
- Half a teaspoon of olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- Salt
Take the green olives on a large serving plate. Add finely chopped parsley, spring onion, red capia pepper and coarsely ground walnuts and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and pour it over the pizza. Mix and serve.
