Green Olive Blarney


  • 400 g green olives
  • 3~4 sprigs of parsley
  • 4~5 sprigs of spring onions
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground walnuts

for the sauce

  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • Salt

Take the green olives on a large serving plate. Add finely chopped parsley, spring onion, red capia pepper and coarsely ground walnuts and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and pour it over the pizza. Mix and serve.
