Black Quinoa Green Salad

 

  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • Half a bunch of baby arugula
  • 3~4 sprigs of basil
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups boiled black quinoa
  • 4~5 strawberries
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

for the sauce

  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt


Take the greens you have washed and drained in a large bowl. Add diced tomatoes, boiled black quinoa, coarsely chopped strawberries and roasted pine nuts and mix. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Pour over the salad and serve.
